The Pure Pond Bomb is supersized version of the Pure Balls and can be used in any pond (with or without filtration) to reduce the build up of organic waste and help to clear cloudy water (but not necessarily 'green' water)as well as reducing levels of ammonia and nitrite. The single Pond Bomb treats any sized pond up to 20,000 litres once and is used as required.

Didn't notice a difference in my small pond after using, however, it rained very hard after I put it in the pond and the water in the pond overflowed and may have washed the product out.

I didn't have great expectations for this, as most pond products work very slowly if ever. This product however works within a couple of days, absolutely clearing up the pond. Not great at clearing muck at the bottom, but the water clarity is some of the best I've seen in my 4 years of having a Koi pond.

I’m sure this works great for fish ponds and such. I purchased because my ducks do duck things in their duck pond for removing ammonia and nitrates as well as the organic matter (duck poop) from the pond.I’ve not seen any notable difference in my duck pond that’s got a 15’x10’ pond liner. It’s about 2.5-3’ deep. Not seeing anything visually of it helping the duck pond. After 4 days no notable difference. Though maybe it’s breaking down the duck poop and I’m just not seeing any noticeable difference.It’s not the algae on the surface I’m worried about as the ducks do eat algae. The clarity issues in the tan water (again, duck poop for a month and a half) haven’t cleared in any way.If it helps make the water safer for the ducks, and I’m not seeing any change is why I gave it 2 stars. Maybe it’s doing what it’s supposed to and I’m not seeing a difference. I think this is meant for fish ponds strictly.

I have been using a similar product, which kept my pond water beautifully clear. Amazon took it off their subscribe and save program, so i thought that I would give this a shot. A couple of days my after using this my pond water turned brown. Luckily Amazon started selling the product that worked, but not on subscribe and save. I decided to stock up on my original product and bought twelve of them so hopefully my pond water will be clear again, at least for the next eighteen months.

I can see the stainless steal screws on top of the submersible pump in 53 inch deep pool covnerted to koi pond, I also put a small white plastic canister in the bottom of the pool and with this pond bomb it is clear down to the bottom, the pool is 12,000 gallons and the pond bomb lasts about 5 weeks then it slowly begins to get a small amount of haze but I can still easily see the screws and the white canister. my fish are doing great , and if they start to have issues I will post it here. I just ordered my third bomb, and I have only used one at a time spaced at about 6 weeks apart. I live in georgia with a lot of sun on the pool.
