I don’t own a router or want to use one. These were good for rounding my small wood projects using a belt sander, then fine tuning on using a palm sander. A little tricky to hold into place but got decent results. The casting is heavy. Besides its red paint getting sanded off they seem to be retaining their radius. A good variety of useful radiuses to choose from too.

Creating perfect rounded corners was always a struggle until now. Paired up with my Whiteside spiral 1/4 inch bit (bearing on the end) in my router table and perfect rounded corners was quick and easy in 7/8 inch white oak. I did four in about five minutes today. I wished I had not waited so long. These have earned a prominent place on my pegboard.Update 4/1/2024: I am still liking these. I have moved to a 1/2 inch flush spiral bit as I have found it easier to control. I have also added some thin cork dots to the template on the outside edges that sit between the wood and the template. This helps to hold the template in place and prevent slippage while allowing a little extra clearance to the bit. I have also learned to trim the waste on the miter saw (45° corner cut) before moving to the router table. You also want to orient the top of the board so that you are cutting from long grain towards the end grain to prevent chipping out; do two opposite corners, then flip the board over for the other two.

I am really enjoying the red radius so far. I've had only 2 occasions so far to use them both times on cutting boards and both times the R30.When I first saw them I was a bit apprehensive about the location of the finger hole since that is all there is to hold it by. But my fears were calmed after the first cut. Of course I am cautious anytime near the router especially a couple inches.I reccomend the tools with caution when using. They are solid metal and stoutly built. A good quality for the money.

Bought for my husband. He keeps complaining they slip when trying to use them. He has had to start a couple projects over because of this. The shapes are great and they seem tough but there should be a better way to hold them in place.

Great product very accurate. Making rounded corners is a breeze now. I used to have to set up jigs on my sander, not anymore. Drop one of these on a board, run it by your router and it's a beautiful clean rounded corner.

I was surprised at the quality considering the cost. Anodizing is a bit soft, but it does not affect how it works. I needed to route the corners on some narrow (3.5") stock and the Rockler set I originally purchased was too wide to fit. I messed up a few boards when the jig slipped, but I think thats just the learning curve. Overall I'm super happy with them.
