I grew a few of these for fun. They all sprouted within a week and then took off like crazy, covering my whole patio. Still flowering now, even though it's just for the pollinators. Every pumpkin started rotted off at about the size of a quarter except one that rotted once the size of a tennis ball. I am sad. But will try again next year. The bees just loved the patch.

So far I like these. I planted 5 seeds under my grow light and received 5 plants about 10 days later. Writhing a month the plants are close to a foot tall

This did not grow a blue pumpkin at all. It grew some kind of grayish pumpkin.

These pooped up right away. Germination about 100% had to thin the seedlings!

I planted seeds in a mound of tall dirt and used lots of old chicken manure mixed with topsoil for the garden soil. Growing good so far and the blue pumpkins came on ! I’m an amateur but I water daily and they love water. I also got some and added punkin juice I got off Amazon to promote more fruits and cut the ends off each shoot many times . I have some nice pumpkins . I’ll add more pics when I harvest

I’ve never grown anything before. I was searching for pumpkin seeds to eat, and these came up. I was intrigued. So, I impulse bought them. I sprouted some in an egg carton and the rest in a wet paper towel. The ones I sprouted in the egg carton, I put 3-4 seeds in one hole so when they sprouted their roots were all tangled and I didn’t want to rip them apart, that’s why some are planted so close together (but that was my fault). The wet paper towel sprouts I was able to space out lol. I’ve counted 21 sprouts, so I think I sprouted all of them! For the egg cartons ones I just used regular soil from my backyard. Once they sprouted I was excited and went to Lowe’s and bought some topsoil and planted them in a little garden I made. I can’t wait to give my neighbors some blue pumpkins this year! If a newbie like me can sprout every single seed with regular backyard soil, so can you! Haha
