It was cheaply made, smaller than I expected, and the pieces were unsnapped together and places. I wouldn’t buy again.

I use this with my mindfulness groups in my elementary classroom and the students love it. I let each child breathe in and out 2-3 times, while expanding and contracting the ball, and they give it to the next person in the circle. This ball has been very helpful in letting everyone visualize their breaths in and out.

My son loves this. I got it for two reasons, one for his ADHD and two of his anixety. This tiny little ball helps calm his nerves and he loves playing with it.

This is a nice gift. My 6 year old has managed not to destroy it... as of yet. So. It's really not flimsy. The opening and closing is great too.

This was a product for my son who had one at school and asked if we could get one for home. The parts that interlock were super flimsy and broke often. They could easily be reattached but the overall annoyance of doing so was it turn off
