I recently purchased the Extra Large Cat Litter Mat (47’‘x31.5’), and I couldn’t be happier with it! With three big kitties—Sushi, Spud, and Spaghetti James—this jumbo-sized mat is a game-changer. It traps all the litter they track out of the box, keeping my floors spotless despite their hefty paws. The washable, leak-resistant design is super convenient, and it dries quickly, which is a must with my crew. The non-slip backing keeps it in place, even when Spud does his dramatic zoomies and kicks litter everywhere. I also love that it’s cut-to-fit—perfect for customizing around their litter box setup. I ordered the mat because my cat tracks cat litter into the rest of the house. But I was afraid my wife or my cat wouldn't like it. To my pleasant surprise, both liked it quite a bit. I ordered the extra large since it can be cut to fit. The large size provides more surface to clean the litter off the cat's feet. It arrived quickly and with clear instructions on how to clean it.This mat is thinner than my existing mat (which is too small), but it clings well to the floor. I have no suggestions on how to improve it; it is already great. It looks great and does the job.

I have 2 cats. I keep their litter boxes sided by side and 1 of my cats loves to kick litter all over the place. So this is perfect because it's so big it catches all the thrown litter. It is also easy to vacuum and you can throw it in the washing machine too which is great You can also cut it to size of you want a smaller size.

I ordered the single size because it came with the large size mat. The measurements are 47" x 31.5". (The double size has 2 smaller size mats so be sure to check the sizes before ordering.)I like that it has a non-slip backing to stay in place since my cats sometimes move things around.You can vacuum up any litter that gets kicked out of the box. Additionally, you can throw it in the washing machine to keep it more sterile. (I actually have mixed feelings about putting a litter box related item in the washing machine, lol, but I decided to just go with it.)The color is not a great fit if you have beige carpet, but for me the most important thing was functionality. Some of the other mats I looked at were made of rubber and reviewers said it hurt their cat's paws. This one is soft enough that the cats are fine with it.

Cloth litter mats are difficult to clean. You cannot spit clean it, you have to put the whole thing in the washing machine. It soaks in the smells. Not a fan.

I may check back to see if this changes, but for the time being 1 litter mat costs MORE than 2, and I just can't see one mat being worth $34, especially when you can get 2 mats for $33. I could get two mats, but they are big, which is exactly why I only wanted one. I have one mat for my two litter boxes, and it works really well. It's easy to vacuum, it's leek-proof, it's machine washable in case my cats miss the litter box, and I think it's helping with litter tracking, which was my biggest issue. The material is thin, but very industrial, and it comes with a note that folds may be present, but that there are techniques for removing them. Mine came with very few folds, and were easy to mostly remove. It also came with a thank you for purchasing note, which I always appreciate something to make a product feel personal.I am personally concerned how easy it will be to clean as it gets dirty being made of carpet, but for now it looks nice. It would be at least 4 stars if the price is fixed, but when commercial carpet is about $1/sq foot, and this is about 10sq feet even with the non-slip bottom, and waterproof material it would need to be reduced to ~$17 before I would consider it more seriously even if I do like the product.

I really like this extra large litter mat. It's really like a big piece of sturdy indoor/outdoor carpet, but with grooves to catch and hold the litter. My boy flings litter far and wide so this will be a nice addition to the litter box area. It has a rubber backing to make it waterproof and to help keep it in place, but it's flexible enough to pick up and bend to dump the stray litter out easily. I like that you can vacuum it AND machine wash it! The color is a dark gray which will compliment any decor. It's also nice that you can easily cut it down to get a custom fit for any area. Recommend!
