If you use 74SL00 chips you probably know that this is a quad NAND and that the description Positive and Gate is incorrect.

Ordered to repair a ship's personnel elevator (Unidynamics, with 1970s Transistor-Transistor Logic). I had previously obtained some 74HC00 CMOS chips elsewhere. These chips only lasted a day at most (possibly incompatible with the existing TTL chips?). In any case these 74LS00 Quad NAND gate chips are going strong after 2 months. Highly recommended.
