I bought this Jackson Dinky case via the Amazon Warehouse at a great price and it looks new to me, no issues, even came all packaged up in original packaging and box. What a great deal! Very sturdy, protective hard shell, soft molded fabric interior, and fits both my Jackson PC-1 and DKMG very well. It doesn't hug each curve like it was custom made that guitar, the case is semi-generically molded so it can fit a guitar with a longer lower body cutout. Both mine fit well with a little bit of room in some areas, but it's a great fitting case. Love it!

I contacted Jackson directly and asked them for the model number of the case that would fit my Jackson JS Series Dinky Arch Top JS22Q-7 DKA HT 7-String and they said this case would fit.Well the body fits fine but the neck won’t set down in the neck groove of the case because the headstock point won’t fit in the case without first having to trim some excess foam away. I didn’t mind doing it and now the guitar fits very snugly but you would think that a case recommended for a guitar by the manufacturer should fit without having to modify it. In any case I love my guitar and the case is very rugged and will provide more than adequate protection.I gave only four stars for my having to make a modification to get the headstock to fit.

I liked this case because after searching online for what to look for in a case to protect my guitar this one by far exceeds the requirements!

After reading a few reviews above about 7-string axe fitment, I crossed my fingers and still hit the "Checkout" button...So GLAD that I did!!! Folks I've got a brand new Jackson SLATXMG3-7 7-string Soloist with a 26.5" scale neck as opposed to a standard 6-string scale of 25.5". As you can see in the pictures, it fits just fine! (Whew!!) Sure there is about a 1/4" notch in the headstock padding from the point of the stock, but there is a full inch of padding in total, so it'll never be an issue and in fact will keep the guitar more secure from shifting during rough handling. The neck is wider, of course, but still fits the top AND bottom molding. The case closes completely, as designed, with no maneuvering and carries perfectly balanced. The TSA latches are a nice touch too.I've owned several high-end Jacksons through the years including some USA and Custom Shop models in odd shapes with world-class cases. This case meets that standard. 100% seal of approval! Happy shredding!!

I have a farily old (2001) Jackson JS-1 Dinky Strat that I modded out to my liking. I had been looking for a decent case for it since it had an angled headstock and every case I've had has nearly damaged the headstock. I'd highly suggest shelling out the cash for this case if you have a Jackson Dinky (or similar) guitar that you invested care into. It's a perfect fit, and very, extremely, superbly sturdy. There is more than enough storage in it. There are no covers for the storage compartments, but when you close the case everything should stay in place as it is covered by the opposite side of the shell. I prefer this as it keeps me from having to take the guitar out to open the compartment under the neck like in other cases. For a general idea of how much space is in the cases compartments I have two slides (one glass, one metal), an eBow, two 9v batteries, a pack of picks, the tremolo bar, a Snark Tuner, a pair of pliers, the allen wrenches for the bridge, and an extra guitar cable coiled under the headstock. I'm sure I have more things, but this case holds my baby and that's all that matters.
