This is certainly not the next level high end microphone, but the cost reflects that too. It is a good microphone with good performance for a great price.I'm no expert in microphones, but I have dealt with them for decades and have used higher quality versions in the past. This however is far higher in performance than the old mic's I used and a lot cheaper too.I tested it for some time and recorded my own voice to playback. Everyone hears their voice differently to what others hear and what a microphone records. I'm often unable to recognize my own voice when recorded, or at least it does not sound familiar. This one however does a far better job that the ones I have used previously. I suspect it's because of the lows most mics lose. Whatever the reason, I don't cringe hearing my voice recorded on this product. That's a huge plus right there ion my case. Given the price, that rates this product as five stars in my book.It's also metal, well made and looks good. Those things are useless on a microphone without the performance, but this one has it. At least for me.

Honestly not much to complain about this microphone at the price point. In my opinion, the form factor is quite gimmicky and I am really not sure how effective really is. The most important for me is people seems to heard me well in calls even when I do not speak directly to it, and that is what I was looking for. My only real complain is the physical mute seems to be working only when you are actively using your computer, but not on sleep for example. But that is just a minor inconvenience

This is a decent little microphone. Works as it should. Small and lightweight. Doesn’t take up a lot of desk space. It’s not the best mic if you’re an audio enthusiast, but it’s great for young kids, college students and gamers just getting started!

I needed a microphone for my MSI TITAN 18 HX. The Tech at MSI recommended FIFINE. The microphone works great. I highly recommend, very fair price.

This is the second Fifine microphone that I got and they are two different models. The first microphone I got from Fifine was about 4 years ago. I bought it with my own money and it's a good mic. The sound quality is good and it does the job well. Both mics are definitely a big upgrade from the built in microphone on my computers. I got this microphone to use at home and the other one at the office. I use both for Zoom, Google, or Skype web meetings.This microphone came in a cardboard box that is padded inside with styrofoam. There were no problems with shipping from Amazon in their bubble mailer. The mic comes with a small trifold desk microphone stand and a usb to usb c cable to connect with your computer. It is plug and play and a very simple set up. This took at total of one minute to get up and running. I took everything out of the packaging and screwed the mic onto the stand and then plugged the mic into the computer with the included cable. The computer instantly recognized the device and Zoom automatically chose this as the primary microphone.This mic would probably work very well for a podcast because it has a volume knob, a mute button, and a built in wind screen. The volume knob is smooth and does not click. Clicks would be annoying for recording. The mute button is not an actual button that you press but you have to touch it like when you turn on some tv's or monitors these days. This kind of mute button makes it fairly silent to turn on and off even when you are recording. Since I will be using this for meetings, my plan is to set the volume for my set up and leave this mic in the on setting. But it's nice to have a quick mute that I can touch if I ever need to cough or something like that. My other mic from Fifine doesn't have that function. The stand is decent. It doesn't feel cheap and it gets the job done. The built in wind screen can be adjusted and twist around the mic. It looks good but it does feel a bit fragile so I would be a little worried if I needed to move this around regularly because I am fairly clumsy and I tend to break things. Other than the wind screen this microphone and stand both feel solid because they are made of metal.I would definitely recommend this microphone if you need to connect to your computer to record audio for web meetings or podcasts. So far my experience with the brand is that they make good quality microphones for a decent price. The sound is clean and clear, and the build quality is good. I would recommend their brand and would get another microphone from them if I ever needed it.
