The opening pages on mental health are gold. The wording is perfect and the font is calming. I will look at them daily for guidance. The journal is the perfect size. I can’t believe I got this for under $30. I just started today and it’s very easy to use.

I suppose most of these therapeutic diaries are the same; I think their purpose is for the user to organize his / her thoughts and gain some insight. This book is nicely bound.

I love this journal. The covers are sturdy and it is well made. The pages are thick so use of gel pens don’t show through. The prompts are great in order to reflect on your goals fpr the day as well as how it turned out.
