Great for cooking on a gas stove. The non stick works well and is so much easier to clean than a cast iron griddle. The handles are very useful for lifting the griddle off the stove or turning to allow the fat to drain away. The cooking is not quite as good as a traditional cast iron griddle but the ease of use makes up for this.

Just received, shipping was fast and only used 3 times. Cooked hashbrowns eggs and bacon and chicken on a Esbit Storm cooker and should work great on other stoves. Versatile and easy to clean. Highly recommend this product.

The griddle is a wonderful idea for warming hot dogs or basic food warm-up but definitely not for cooking bacon, burgers patties, or any food that's too grease due the small drain hole that would clogged up with grease or oil. Flame would burned the grease draining underneath the griddle. It's pretty pricey for this griddle on how it's put to real world testing.
