This is our second time buying this and my husband is having hard time putting it together. The holes won’t align with the screws. And now that it’s mostly put together, (he has 4 stubborn screws left) gonna be hard to return it. Kinda bummed

First things first. We LOVE the way this BUYYAH Firewood Log Rack looks! Second. When we received the box rusty powder was pouring out the edge of the box making a mess in our house. Due to this we immediately moved it outside to open it. After opening it we realized that everything that was in that box was completely covered in this rusty powder. That includes the pair of gloves that were to be used for assembly. The next thing is that the manufacturer states that it's a 5 minute assembly time. That's not even close. With a bag full of bolts and nuts it takes some time to find all those holes and fill them with the bolt and tighten them up. I found out during assembly that you shouldn't tighten the bolts up completely and should only be tightened when the entire piece is assembled. At this point the ground was covered in the rusty powder and so was I but once completed it looked fabulous and we can get over the rusty powder mess.We placed the firewood holder outside next to our outdoor fireplace and just a few feet away is a tree with corrugated barrier that is about a foot tall that has the same rustic look so we have a perfect match for both pieces. The amount of wood that this holds is quite substantial and easily gives you a day or two of firewood burning. It did take some time to assemble but it was well worth it. It looks fabulous and goes well with our patio decor. On a side note... we would highly suggest that you do not place this inside your home as it is extremely messy.

This transformed a crummy looking pile of wood into a pleasant looking and organized firewood storage area. I was knew it would keep it looking more tidy, but not see it also protects the wood from rain so I don't have to store logs in the garage to keep them dry.A few tips for set up:1. The rust is intentional but it's a fine powder. Wear a mask. (We all have those, right?!)2. Do not tighten screws as you go. It has to remain flexible until the last bolt is in.3. It comes with a packet of bolts with wingnuts. These are not mentioned in the instructions and I found no use for them.4. There are some holes in the middle of the panels. What they are for, I don't know! Maybe drainage?

I like this thing. No, I love this thing. It looks fantastic and the corten steel is such a great addition to our backyard. I'd happily give this thing 5 stars except for two pretty big annoyances. The first is the sheer amount of rusty dust that comes with this thing. It is everywhere and, as you build it, it will get everywhere. And, I mean, everywhere. So, don't wear clothes you like. Don't build this indoors. Just expect to get covered in the stuff, and it stains (not badly, but still). The second issue is that the instructions are nowhere near good enough. In fact, mine is made less than ideally, but I've chosen to leave it the way it is as it's too much hassle to undo and remake. Here are the tricks to making this thing the right way: (1) have the straight edge of each panel be the outer piece with the angled edge of the adjacent panel tucked into the inside (I did it the other way thinking it would round the edges, but it just gives you weird lines off the corners), (2) put the angle brackets on the inside edge (again, I did this wrong, putting them on the outside thinking it would look cool - it doesn't), and (3) note that some panels have holes in the middle of the panel - there is no "right" or "wrong" way to do that unless you are going to connect multiples of these hexagons to one another - otherwise, just pick the orientation that makes the most sense for your application. Sadly, none of that is in the instructions, and they really should be. So, those are my gripes, but, in the end, this thing is still just so cool looking, I'm happy to still give it 4-stars. Enjoy!

First let me advise, wear either the gloves that come with it or another pair otherwise, your hands will be orange. Maybe it's weird to love something that's already rusted but, we are 3 blocks back from the ocean and everything rusts anyway so, now I don't have to watch it slowly do it lol. No sooner than I got it put together which, by the way was super easy, the neighbor was walking by and stopped to compliment me on it. He thought u built it and I was sorely tempted to let him believe it. He loved it so I did tell him where I got it. He ordered one the next day. It holds quite a lot of wood.

We absolutely love this! The quality is really good, and it’s quite sturdy, so it easily holds about a fifth of a cord of wood. The size of it is pretty impressive! It was relatively easy to assemble, though the pieces are pretty heavy so it was much easier with two people. I love the rusted look, and it fits perfectly with our little farmhouse aesthetic. we’ve gotten so many compliments on this, everyone who sees it, absolutely adore it ! I recommend this to anyone who is looking for a good Storage solution for chopped firewood!
