This firewood rack with log carrier is exactly what I was looking for. The log carrier is useful and helps to keep the floor around the rack clean. The size of the rack is perfect to tuck in the corner and hold enough wood for an evening fire!

Assembled in 5 minutes. Has just enough storage room for two nights for me.

For my use, perfect size to fit between hearth and deck door. The pictures are right after assembly (which is easy and quick) so canvas is still stiff and sticks up. The canvas significantly cuts down on the debris from firewood, the size holds both a box of wax logs and several firewood logs. The feet are protected so hardwood floor doesn’t get marred. Overall, good deal and gave me what I wanted.

The Aifanss Firewood Rack Indoor Outdoor with Log Carrier Bag has been a nice addition to our home. We are using it right next to the fireplace to keep wood ready to use and easy to transport from the wood box into the house. It was super easy to assemble and I think it looks attractive on the slate floor in the living room. It also appears to be well made and sturdy. As far as the size goes, while I take a bit of the responsibility for thinking this piece was substantially larger than it really is, this is not as large as it appears in many of the pictures. The wood they used in the pictures must be very small kindling size relative to the usual size of firewood one typically puts in a woodstove or fireplace. That creates a bit of an illusion making the rack look it is large enough for substantial wood storage. I think I counted 30 or 40 pieces they have pictured. They also picture some type of backfilled wood on the top row; I'm not sure it that was supposed to make it look like a second row of wood? That would be impossible as a standard piece of fireplace wood is 16 inches and the unit is already only 13 inches deep. Anyway this is a relatively small 17 x 13 inch box which is just over a foot tall and we can comfortably put about 10 or 12 standard chunks of wood in if they are somewhat uniform and not too big.Having said that, when they advertise "Ample Storage Space" make sure what that means to YOU; everybody has their own expectations and it is all relative. In a smaller space, or considering that another person may not WANT to take up more space or to fill up that handy canvas sling with so much wood that it would be hard to carry - This size might be just the right size. It is subjective of course. And at this price ($29.99) it certainly is not unreasonable for what you get in my opinion. Like I said, this seems to be a well made and functional firewood rack so far.

I have to remind myself…this was only $29.99 (at the time of this review). While the materials are quality for what they are, the overall product when assembled is not. For starters the directions show you to put the screws from the inside of the product where the wood would be held, to the out. I tried that and thought they had made the thing wrong, with too big of a hole for the screws (or screws that were too thin for the holes). It wasn’t till I went back and looked at the ad that I happened to see a picture with the heads of the screws on the outside, not the inside, that I realized the mistake that was made. Next, the short screws length is exactly that of the two pieces that it attaches. Really, they should be longer and have a nut and bolt configuration for the weight of the wood to be really secure (I know I would feel much more confident in this thing if it were built that way), and lastly, once you put it together there is a bit of a wobble because the holes they put in are slightly off. It’s not anything you as the one assembling it did wrong - you can’t. It’s most definitely them. It’s an “it will work for now” sort of a deal. The carrier is well made and looks to be very secure (as in the handles are sewn on really well and don’t look or feel like they will separate), but it seems to be much longer than it should be. I have one from a different rack that I have and it is a good deal shorter than this. This would make your wood awkward to carry…maybe even more difficult than not having a carrier at all. The whole thing is just not executed well.
