I ordered replacement blades for my Fiskars paper cutter. The picture above is all I received. Only the outside package, not product. In the past Amazon would easily replace this for me. Now I had to go through Fiskars customer service. I received the package on May 3rd, had until May 31 to do the return which I contacted Fiskars on May 4th via email. They responded timely stating I needed to show some proof so I attached the picture of what was received. Never heard back from them, so I followed up on May 18. Again nothing until June 5 telling me that Fiskars doesn’t handle returns from Amazon! So no one will take responsibility for my paying for a product that I never got. Real nice.
