Didn't have the start capacitor in it so had to take out the switch and substitute it to the old one

I bought this item to replace the 6ft cable that comes with the 220/440lb hoist. One place said it did fit, the other said it didn't, I bought anyway. After replacing it, it did not work. However, I know what needs to be done and did, and it works very well. So, for all those who have the same issue here is what you need to do:1. Disconnect control from hoist.2. Disassemble both controllers.3. Swap the wiring from the 20ft to the 6ft, ensure that you connect to the round electric block inside the 6ft (must be reused).4. Reassemble controller.5. Connect to hoist.The round electrical component and main control box/buttons in the 6ft must be used in order for the controller to work.

Le seule problèmes je le voulait qu il fonctionnait aux 110v mes il était aux 12v apprait modification fonctionne bien
