I used this for painting and when I took the tape off, it ripped my paper and ruined my painting. Very disappointed.

The adhesion is very light so it may be ok for holding watercolor paper in place while painting but it does not hold anything hanging vertically. It was not strong enough for masking an area on an acrylic painting.

Exactly what I expected and what is described. Easily removable from art projects. Not quite as sticky as masking or painters tape and more along the lines of in between masking and Washi. Absolutely perfect for my posters and prints that need to be taped to an art board for coloring. No damage and I like that there are two sizes and plenty enough to last a long time. At the price tag I paid it's a great deal.

I like that it isn’t very sticky and that it comes off easily. The size is perfect for me.

I'm so far very very happy with these and extremely grateful for the range of tackiness! Highly reccomend for the price. And there's not a super huge variance between each tackiness, but enough to make it easy to decide which to use depending on the fragility of the paper. It's a perfect width and easy to tear and use. Plenty of tape in each roll, 2 of them are low tack, which is incredibly smart as alot of my papers (especially for watercolor) require the least tack, and 1 roll for each medium and high tack. Which is each great for different pastel papers! I'm so far very very happy and have had nothing but super clean removal and edges and comes with plenty of tape in each. Definitely worth the price and I highly highly reccomend! Of course i can't be certain of its archival and acid-free-ness as i won't know if it has any ill effects for possibly many years but as with most tapes, it's always a risk, and i have to hope it will be just fine. Seeing as everything else has been as described, I have high hopes! Functions as it should, and again, just def. Worth it, just buy it. Trust me, especially at the fraction of the price of most others (even less than those at art stores especially for the same if not better quality and a perfect variety!) No more lowering the tackyness of my other tapes by using it like a lint roller on my pants (which i can guarantee isn't ideal for either it's archival properties but even for painting, it's so frustrating when little fuzzys get in my way hahaha. But it was that or buy tons of different tapes in hopes it wouldn't tear each type of paper i use, which is a wide variety of durability etc. So, yeah..)TLDR; worth it, definitely give it a shot especially if you use different papers for different mediums etc. 100% worth it!

I love this tape, it is sticky enough to get crisp clean lines, but doesn't leave any residue. I will be ordering more of this tape for my studio.
