Comfortable and better quality than I expected. I am a size 32inch waist and chose the medium, but would probably try a large next time, however the medium is still good. If you prefer your "package" more upright than pointing down, these are great. Usable as everyday or sporting applications. They are quite a nylon type material, but surprisingly breathe well. Will purchase some more of these thongs.
