I was worried about the quality of these tanks after hearing about poor weld quality in older reviews. I only ordered one of these and was going to leave a review of whatever happened.I have filled mine up for the 2nd time with no leaks, no slag rattling around, and the bleed valve and nozzle working perfectly fine.I may update later after ordering a few more. But for me, I got a good quality tank.

Very easy to fill with the right adapters. Safe and very easy to use. Far better than taking a punt on refilling none refillable types of cylinders and less danger too👍

This is the second time I bought these containers. They are safe and very easy to fill properly & safely. I wish they had a bag or case to carry them in. The last ones I bought said it held 4 bottles but it didn’t.I recommend these over others on the market.

Contrary to some reviews, this cylinder tank fits any standard torch set up...my Bernzomatic auto blow torch goes right on. The base of this tank is a hair smaller than standard anti-tipping base, so I wrapped a few layers of electrical tape there and it sits snugly in the base. Others complained about having to use the included allan key to turn the bleeder valve on and off, but I found it to very effective, especially since I only use 8 or 9 per year. I love the fact that after 5 refills, this tank has already paid for itself with alot less mess. ALWAYS refill these OUTSIDE and away from any flame! Propane, like gasoline fumes are heavier than air, so they hover on the floor and seep into interior spaces. BE SAFE, TAKE YOUR TIME.

This is a good cannister that came in good time, but the small Allen wrench was missing. Luckily, I already had one, so I didn't bother to send it back.

The disposable are dangerous to refill. These work perfect. About $1.25 (based on price to refill from your 20 pound tank.) Simple and easy to use. Watch YouTube for detailed instructions. Buying the disposable run $9 to $15.

Very easy to fill compared to trying to refill the non-refill cylinders. Planning to dump the non-refillables and just use these 3 cylinders

I absolutely love the concept of refillable 1 pound propane tanks do not get me wrong. In fact, I have bought almost ten of these 1 lb tanks so that I would never have to use a disposable 1 pounder ever again. Tremendous waste and they can't even be recycled because it's "too expensive". All that steel going to waste in some landfill.. Just the thought alone makes me sick. As someone who uses quite a bit of propane regularly, I was very relieved and happy to discover this product.I was in love with this product until I had not one, but two tanks fail rather catastrophically on me within a week of eachother. They were almost brand new too, not more than a month old. After refilling them when disconnecting the tanks from the 20 pound tank as I was unscrewing the 1 pound tanks the same thing happened both times: the entire contents of the tank escaped when the valves failed.ALWAYS REFILL PROPANE TANKS OUTSIDE.The parts get absolutely freezing cold during the gas transfer due to the physics involved which is why you wear gloves when doing the refill, and if I hadn't been wearing gloves I am sure I would have done serious injury to myself by frostbite. As I unscrewed the 1 pound tanks, a couple rotations in and freezing liquid propane began spraying out everywhere. Reacting quickly I shut off the 20lb tank and brought the tank out to the middle of my driveway and set it down a safe distance away from where I had been doing the refill. The entire time propane shooting out the top like a geyser. I knew it was not coming through the bleeder valve because the gas was escaping far too quickly and was shooting straight up which isn't the direction it sprays when exiting the bleeder valve, which is designed to shoot gas out to the side... I then found the reason why it was escaping so violently when I inspected the refill adapter still on the 20 pound tank but the valve on the leaking tank was frozen to the adapter... That's right, the valve from the refillable tank was stuck to the refill adapter which was still screwed in to the 20 pound tank. I don't know if it stuck to the adapter because it was like 30 degrees outside already + the tanks always get super cold during refills as the gas flows from tank A to tank B, or if it was my use of a standard propane refill adapter instead of using the expensive Flame King brand refill adapter, (which costs $50 vs. the $8 ones commonly used that one can purchase at Walmart or on Amazon/eBay), all I know for sure is that these experiences have left me wary of these particular refillable propane tanks. Bear in mind also that I had filled these tanks dozens of times the exact same way with the exact same refill adapter without ANY problems. So I'm definitely going to look in to another brand of refillable tank.Edit : June 21 2019 had another tank fail on me, leaks propane when I unscrew the torch or whatever’s attached to it, it remains leaking fuel until something else is connected all the way but as soon as the seal on the threads loosened propane emerges from the bottle. It’s nothing like Aladdin’s genie coming out of the lamp, its a liability and now I’m having serious doubts about whether or not the remaining 3 good tanks I have are going to fail too. My faith in this product is has taken a downward dive and I keep wondering how long I can use the positive environmental impact as an reason to keep using a product that has such serious safety flaws. Around a 50% fail rate out of the half dozen to dozen of these or so I have bought.
