I got the 15K Rail. Kind of wasn't expecting a lot. I have EMG, Seymore Duncan JB, Distortion, Jupiter, Epiphone Les Paul, and Ibanez Quantum pickups to compare it to. Maybe not as refined as the JB and a bit brighter than the Epiphone Slash Les Paul 16K pickup but sits in that realm. I put the pickup in an Ibanez and its my favorite guitar at the moment. It has a RattSkid Row sound on the Marshall. Not just good for the price but a good pickup. It has no nasty harmonics or screeching sounds. Its added a little bit different flavor to the collection. Compared to other pickups I'd give it a 4 but for the price its defiantly a 5 star.

For the price tag, you really can't go wrong on these. I took a gamble and had them installed in an Ibanez Jetking with coil splitting switches and while I don't have the old Ibanez pickups to compare them to, the Fleor rails sound great next to some of my more high end pickups (Pearly Gates, JB etc).Lots of treble on tap so I recommend rolling back just a tiny hair on your volume knob for the best tone. You can definitely get away with beautiful chimey cleans as well as gnarly as f$#@ metal. I'm not really aligned with any one genre so I like to flip back and forth between styles, these definitely do the trick. Are there better pickups out there? Sure. At $30 for a PAIR? Good luck finding that. I'm happy with them, I think you'll be too.

good pickup for my old bc rich bich. bridge gone bad so i tried this. not a lot of bass and sharp attack. great if you need high gain and metal sound. for the price, try it, you might like it. convinced me to try some other offerings because duncans and marzios are getting way too pricier than they really are worth.

This pickup was a good purchase, even though it changed the tone a little. I have an iyv issy 200 superstrat, and i wanted a little more output. This bridge pickup did the job well , but it sounds a little thin and glassy compared to the destiny pup that came stock in my guitar. Not a big deal , the eq in my pedal or my amp easily fixes it. Harmonics are alot easier and it sounds good clean too. I wanted something that i could get closer to active pickups with all the hassle of hacking up my guitar for a battery box. This did great for cheap, i dont see why people buy the name brands anymore.

Brought these on a whim as YouTube said they were worth a try. Great quality pickups, well made, professional finish. So loud which is exactly what I wanted. I brought two bridge pickups for my dual humbucker setup and the range of sounds from the guitar is great. Well worth £12.50 you can't go wrong

Let's be totally clear, this is not the greatest pickup I ever installed, there are some cosmetic blemishes and the packaging was hilariously cheap, they literally put it in tinfoil and an envelope, I chuckled at this truly bold choice. So why did I rate it 5 stars? Frankly at this price I was gambling on it even working. This is so stupid cheap I figured about a 50/50 chance it would even work at all but I felt lucky and decided screw it, if it works at all, it’s a backup pickup for the testing bench. So I wired it up, and it's actually damn good. My theory was that since I use mostly the expensive Seymour Duncans, if I found a cheapo with the same exact coil resistance and the same alloy magnet, it SHOULD sound very similar at a fraction of the cost. SEVENTEEN bucks, versus 150-200 bucks, it wouldn't have to be very similar to justify that savings. It’s pretty close. I'd say it's 90 percent the same sound, slightly more noise, some subtle differences, but in a full band mix you may never even notice the difference. So despite the Reynolds wrapping and some odd looking rounded corners on the magnets, it’s totally fine. It functions perfect, vastly better than expected, and with cheap pickup brands you often get MASSIVE fluctuations in quality. It’s always a gamble. I'm ordering another one just to have a 17 dollar spare and have a quality comparison. But for 17 bucks this is insanely good. Hell, even the humbucker coil connector wires were pre-soldered, so it’s ready to go without a wiring diagram. If you have a guitar for a modern metal sound and need super budget pickups that doesn't need to be absolutely studio perfect but still sounds great, you're not gonna get this for less anywhere.

TECHNICALIBANEZ GIO MIKRO, BRIDGE POSITION (pots, switch, jack and wiring are factory stock)1) This pickup is marked 'N' for neck position, however, there is only one model offered, so I chose it for bridge, based upon specs. It is noteworthy also, that it is comparatively VERY high output, for a neck position pickup; typical neck humbucker, being less than 10k ohms.2) Prior to installation, it tested 14.7k - 14.8K ohms (advertized 15k - 16k). Installed, it tests ~14.4k, through the jack.3) this pickup is wired for coil split only and is NOT tapped - if you are unclear on this issue, search 'coil split vs tap'4) installation is straightforward, using Seymour Duncan color coding:BLACK - HOTWHITE+RED - SPLIT/TAPGREEN+BARE(SILVER) - GROUNDFor a simple non-splitting/full-time humbucking config, the BLACK(HOT) and GREEN+SILVER(GROUND) wires are used and the RED+WHITE(SPLIT) are taped off and unused. This is the typical config, for 3-way switching. TONEThis pickup is designed for neck position, so sound profile is somewhat thin and raspy for the bridge position. While it produces fairly high output and is optimized for high-gain applications, the tone is poorly balanced, lacking low and low-mid response. Clarity and string definition are a little disappointing, too. It has not been tested in the neck position, though I'd expect neck installation to produce much more satisfactory results. It now resides in a full-size super strat, where it performs better than the Mikro, but still suffers from poor tone balance and lack of low frequency response, at bridge position. VALUEIm not prepared to say this is a bad pickup, but appropriate application is very important, as is knowing what you want and understanding what to expect. While marketed for both bridge and neck, it is poorly suited for bridge, unless you are specifically looking for a sharp, 'edgy' tone. Despite its deficiencies, a $15 price tag makes it a good risk and well worth a try for anyone seeking a mid/high rich, high-gain tone. For general applications and solid, full-envelope metal tones, the 'High Output Ceramic', though not quite as high gain, is a much better choice, with superior definition and tonal quality(I will be posting a similar format review of that pickup, as well)*NOTE: Please take several clear photos, of your wiring before proceeding. Verify that you can identify and reproduce the wiring, from the photos. Its the closest you'll get, to an UNDO button.
