How to adjust the angle of the backrest:

Well made. Very adjustable. As comfortable as a real chair. Well... this IS a real chair. My wife thought it was a waste of money until she tried it. I now have one on order for her. The price is not cheap, but I definitely got the quality and comfort I paid for. That said... I'm not sure I'd say the extra pillow is high quality... but I did not buy it for the pillow.

Can the company please reach out to me and walk me through why it is so hard to adjust the positions on this seat? I don't want to return it but that is disappointing.Wanted to update everyone to the fact that the company never did reach out not a word. It never did get easier to recline. So if you ever have an issue and you probably will honestly, I'd just save your box and request a refund because they don't seem to want to provide any follow up customer service after they get your money.

3/19/23This is the second of these chairs I have purchased. The first lasted pretty well for about three years, until the foam seat cushion became a pancake. I bought a second chair and have used it since January 11, 2023. In less than six weeks of light usage, the arm rests began to shift under the upholstery and eventually the metal frame beneath was exposed which can caused bruising and scratching.

The mechanism works great and it's super comfortable! Only downside is a lack of padding in part of the arms; the metal frame is easily felt, as another reviewer mentioned. The frame feels like it will tear through the fabric just like theirs did, so I need to add more cushion if possible. I've only had it a short time so I don't know how quickly the seat will flatten, but for now it's very firm but comfortable.

Assembly was fairly simple and straightforward, even without instructions. Product claims to be able to recline to several positions, but was unable to get the chair to recline. Unzipped the fabric to see if I could get the chair to recline and noticed the mediocre quality of the parts. Overall, for the price, I would not purchase.

We don’t allow our dogs on the couch but I wanted something that I could have on the floor to watch TV or to cuddle with them. This has been the best purchase, it folds up & is placed to the side when not using it & then folds out easily to hangout & with the dogs. It provides better back support than I thought but it I need more I put the leg pillow in the low back area. It is used multiple times per week folding & unfolding. It hasn’t broke or had any difficulties since purchase about 2 months ago.

This is an amazing floor chair and I'm really glad I out the money out on it. It is very compact and the back rest also folds in on itself which is great if you need to tuck it away.The reason I gave it 4 stars is it would have been nice if there was a side pocket for your remotes or phone. It is very comfortable to sit in when the seat pad is folded. When it's laid out, it's still comfortable but my tail bone does start to hurt after sitting in it for a long while.Those things are so minor that it shouldn't prevent you from buying it. Overall, I'm very happy with it and may buy another one in the future. :)
