2005 Road King, had all the bits needed except the copper washer for the bottom bolt. If they included that it would be a 5 star initial review, without it it's not a complete kit. Good quality made in Japan wiper seal. I plan on pulling it apart in 15k or two years which ever comes first. I'll update then.
