Size runs really small

I ordered these back in October for my boys for Christmas. They currently wear size small, but I ordered Medium shirts figuring they might be a little big but they could grow into them. I left them in the plastic they were shipped in and now I regret it because my boys just opened them for Christmas and they are way too small!!! The boys are so sad and I am really disappointed :(. I just tried messaging the seller to see if I can get them replaced for larger sizes if not hopefully they will refund me.

Seems very small for the size I ordered. He has yet to open it as this is a gift from his dad and he is working away. When he comes home we will see if it needs returned for the next size up. I would say it is a definite.
