A bit uncomfortable and hard to get used to. But this was pretty much the only option for protection after a kidney transplant. It helps to wear a t shirt under the belt to prevent chaffing and slipping.

cual fue mi sorpresa que, a pesar de que dice que la talla S/M es para tallas de pantalón de 31 a 34, yo soy 32 de pantalón y casi no puedo cerrarla. La estoy intentando usar pero no hay manera y como ya la he usado, no puedo devolverla. Un tiradero de dinero. NO LA COMPREN.

The tallest part (rear plate) is only 8 inches tall (20 cm), any adult kidney is taller than that. It might be fine for some chinese. But that's not what any adult would want or require. The material is top notch, the fit is waaaay too small. I wear a 34-36 waist. The 2-3xl fits great. The adjusters are great also. The back just needs to be taller. Good for someone looking for a minimalist kidney belt. Perfect for undergarment location or on the outside. Very easy to wear all day, cool and lightweight. The Fox Racing website is wear you'll find these at exactly the same price. -WFO
