3 bags of sand and I can still knock it over with a front kick but the resistance is definitely there.

smart shopper looked for a stable unit on walmart/amazon which had the extended suction cups around the bag, built very well and filled with water, sand is a mess to deal with but overall great bag for 116.00!!!! quality made came in 2 boxes, fyi if use the extended legs then bolts wont be enough for top bag install...can either get from home depot or call company for replacements...not sure why not enough but only cost extra 4.00 to get ...........

Difficulty with setting up. Not the best item.The base requires longer bolts to fit the slot but then it is lip sided and doesn’t stand straight up

If your of normal strength you probably wouldn't knock it over. I filled it with water and the powder that turns to gel but I'm still one punching it right over does matter if left handed or right handed punching. The base would probably need to be 500lb to withstand me hitting it.

This is the 4th punching bag I purchased since taking up boxing for fitness 5 years ago. None of the first 3 satisfied nor actually helped me because they either were too hard or too soft or not mobile enough.Although compact and easy to move around the Aibeijian punching bag is sturdy, stable and offers a suitable punching and kicking surface comparable to bigger and heavier bags.The magic feature about this punching bag however is that it offers just the right amount of resistance to my punches and kicks whether I punch hard or just jab.As a result I am having a blast working out without my knuckles, wrists, elbows and shins getting hurt. This encourages me to train longer and more often.Truly motivating because I can power punch and kick at will and not worry about getting injured.I invited my neighbor's 18 years old son, who trains in a professional boxing gym, to give me his opinion. He felt comfortable and seemed to be having so much fun, he wouldn't stop punching and kicking. His dad was so impressed he promised to get him one for his upcoming birthday.I highly recommend this marvel which by the way is very reasonably priced.It is now 5 months since I bought this punching bag. I have actually lost 7 lbs permanently, and I feel great, just because I love using this apparatus. The amazing thing is my knuckles, feet and shins don't hurt from extensively punching and kicking this thing.You need to try it in order to appreciate it.
