These absolutely suck! Unfortunately, it takes more than a month to find that out so you are beyond the return window. They do not stay extended, so the cover holds water when they fall. You can’t get them tight enough to prevent this. The base tripod isn’t wide enough, they fall over with the slightest amount of wind. Many rain storms include wind so it’s a recipe for disaster. I’m shopping again for another solution. I bought these 2 months ago, I’ve had to pump water out of my cover 9 times es and crawl in to put these back up. Save yourself a huge hassle and find another solution because this isn’t it. For info purposes, I have a 22 foot SunTracker pontoon and I bought four of these. My back Bimini supports the back 1/4 of my cover so 4 of these to support 3/4 of a 22 ft cover and they couldn’t do it.

The stands material is way too weak to withstand the weight of the boat cover. Upon the collapse of one stand, another would collapse, especially during a storm. The cover would then fill with water causing another one to collapse.

Bought these to to put in the boat so the snow would just slide off the tarp, they broke the first snowfall. Very bad quality. Don't buy!!!

Product does not function as described. Tubing is warped and poorly manufactured. Some pieces too lose to tighten. Burrs around the edges of the top and bottom. May scratch furniture or boat console.

Good versatile idea to support the cover on my boat (14 footer) when stored in my yard. This gives my cover the nice tight tent affect it should have, and that includes over the motor. So no more pooling water seeping into the boat causing a messI only needed 3 out of the 4 supports to get what I wanted.Stayed in place while trailering the boat, so I would say I'm happy.Sturdy, but light weight, and pull apart so they just get set in the trunk at the landing.Pretty slick

I'd keep looking, these are either falling down in the boat, or collapsing with a little weight from the boat cover. Maybe if your in a place with little to no rain, but otherwise, they have been a waste of money for me.

I bought this product to store my boat for the winter and it held my top on just great kept the snow off it , it’s perfect for the tarp there’s no sharp edges
