Tool came in a few days or ordering and worked exactly as intended too. Unclogged the garbage disposal in less than 5 minutes. Glad I bought this tool.

We have a Moen that doesn't have a bottom wrench hex. The sink hadn't been used in over a month - maybe something was starting to rust?? Took the rubber splash guard off to see better. Kept rotating clockwise and counterclockwise until I got some movement from the grinder. Kept doing this until I got the grinder to spin freely. It was probably 10-15 minutes of fooling around. Sometimes it slips off and you have to fiddle to get it to grab a hold of the grinder. But much cheaper than calling a plumber or replacing the unit. Haven't had any other issues of it seizing up.

After being gone for the summer the disposal was frozen up. A few turns with this tool and it has worked great ever since.
