Just installed today. Looks great, but the separate piece that covers the retracted fabric will not fit. I finally stretched it enough to screw it in, and the fabric started tearing at the grommet. I have e-mailed the company to see what they can do for me. If i'm happy, I'll gladly change review to 5. Thanks.customer service blew me off, so they get a 1. really a 0.

The largest part of the replacement canopy for my 2016 Hampton Bay arched Pergola (200460) fit excellent without any problems. Since we live in Az desert, I decided to follow the recommendation to spray canopy with Scotschgard outdoor sun & water shield before installing. Then it was a matter if removing the old canopy, removing the rods and installing the new one. The only part of the canopy that did not fit was the separate long horizontal strip the goes on top of the pergola. It was a tad too short. So it the old one still fits. may considering keeping it. Overall would buy the canopy again.

Same issue as everyone else...too small. When I returned it, no shipping label was provided. I contacted the seller and they advised they will reimburse me if I send them a receipt of the shipping cost. Refund was received for the canopy only. I contacted them and they asked me to send them the receipt for a second time. They then proceeded to tell me that Amazon would only let them refund me $27 of the $43 shipping and they would give me a $25 credit on the next order. Not in good faith!!!!

Bought my pergola at Home Depot and the canopy molded the first year we had it. I called Home Depot to order a new one but they were no help. So I was excited to find this replacement on Amazon. I made sure the measurements were correct which they were so I ordered it. Fits great I’ll have to wait to see if it passes the mold test but for now it fits perfect and looks great. (I did weather proof both canopies with spray before we put them up. )

Double checked the numbers and even though they matched the cover is too small and doesn't fit. If I had read the reviews, prior to purchasing instead of after, I wouldn't have ordered. Really disappointed.

Great replacement cover, but quality not as good as original. Easy to install and appreciate the color offering instead of just beige. Get while you can.

Not the size as advertised and it does not fit the Hampton Bay. Pergolo very poor quality also. So disappointed in this item and I'm still trying to get my refund. The third party seller is absolutely awful 😔

Very happy with the quality of the material. My old canvas was stained from moss and I just didn’t feel like trying to scrub it clean. Although replacing the canvas took longer than I thought it would, It was well worth the effort and the whole thing looks brand new.

Unfortunately we didn’t install this replacement until today. It’s a foot too short in both width and length.Passed the 30 day return policy so we’re SOL on this.

We were pleased with the material however we ordered a cover that would replace the Home Depot Hampton Bay Arched Pergola which is 10 x 10. The cover that we received was 7 x 8. As a result we had to return it. We do not know if that size was sent to us in error or that is the only one that they have.

This was a good replacement for our old (moldy) canopy originally purchased from home depot. I would've preferred a different color than the forest green, but that was the color available. I hope the underside of this one doesn't become stained with mold spots...Looks cleans and new so, I'm happy!*****update *** its now over a year later and zero mold!! We're definitely happy with that!! The color is faded a bit, but I think that's to be expected given its in the sun constantly. Hope this review helps!
