These are nice quality needles. I've had some before that the the punched out eye is a bit rough, these are NOT. They are nice and smooth, which allows them to be threaded nicely. They also come in a nice variety of sizes. The tin could be better- definitely a valentine's day themed tin- and I wish it had a magnet in it. But, I'm just going to add in a magnet sticker so that the needles stick. I mean, i don't have to use the tin, but it is a nice slim case that I can slip into a bag. The lid slides on.

I'm not going to need needles ever again! At least for hand sewing and embroidery... I'll probably use them more for hand sewing, as the eyes are a little small for 4 and 6 strand embroidery. There's a variety of needle sizes to use on different fabrics from fine sheer fabrics to thick denim if necessary.The box is adorable and super handy for storage. The lid slides on tight and secure so there's no worry of it opening and spilling needles in a craft bag. The only thing that would make it better is if it were magnetized.The threaders are handy, they're delicate and I tend to break them so having more is always a good thing! I don't really care for the style of thimble included but it's a nice inclusion for people that need them. I have a nice silicone lined one that covers the whole front of the fingertip that wraps around the back of the finger, but this one will work in a pinch.This is a cute box for sewing notions with tons of needles!The reference of "knitting needles" at the time of ordering and review needs to be removed from the product title, these are sewing needles not knitting needles.
