Sounds like a great idea and it is. The execution of the device leaves MUCH to be desired. I bought it thinking I could mince several pieces of garlic at one fell swoop. But no. Not with this device. Flimsy material that does not allow enough pressure to mince. I ended up chopping, mincing, and cussing on my own. Perhaps should have stuck with the usual.

So so …I think I like the OG garlic press better, but this one is easier to clean.
