I put my pots through the grind week after week boiling hundreds of pounds of peanuts. What I love about these most is the extra thick bottoms protecting them from excessive wear and tear. We do quite a bit of entertaining and a fan favorite is our Low Country Seafood Boil. This pot is large enough to fit enough ingredients to feed over a dozen people. The perforated insert goes almost all the way to the bottom and fits close side to side so there is very little wasted space when using the insert. We’ve used it to make other things such as homemade stock and chili with great results. The material seems to be of pretty good and sturdy quality and it heats up evenly. It has proven pretty easy to clean even though it’s pretty big compared to an average kitchen sink.

This pot is well made, and a great value for the price. The pot looks great yet very functional and easy to clean. This pot is huge! I was able to steam 4 dozen ears of corn and still had room for more! The pot is thick enough to conduct heat well and be strong without being too heavy to manage. I am quite pleased.
