Loved the timely delivery time. However, the product is missing key parts like regulators and valves, horse barb connectors. So the pump is rendered useless unless I get assistance

We use these in a teaching lab, so they get hard use for doubt 3 weeks/year. And we've used them for ~4 years so far. And they work well. One problem is that the knobs (to adjust the vacuum pressure) can be overturned, then you generally need pliers to loosen the knob. Even so, they seem to work fine once you loosen them. Not sure what could be done to change that, but that's why I gave it 4 stars.

Arrived broken. I needed it the day it got here, so I made no attempt to return it.

In my experience, this unit can pull about 25" at most. Certainly enough for the vacuum bagging I'm doing.

Purchased this to use for putting a vacuum on RF transmission line. I was able to vac a 580' section of transmission line (Dielectric 6.125" rigid 75-ohm) down to -6#. A solid performer, and built very well.
