Update: Gator Customer service finally offered to send me a new handle for no charge and restored my faith in their products and warranty. Thanks Gator!I suffered a GX-20 broken handle, so I asked Gator to send me a replacement. Gator asked for a proof of purchase, but I was not able to find it. Given the tags are still on the unit, their product had a defective handle, and their policy provides parts outside of the warranty period, I thought a replacement part was a reasonable request to fulfill their commitment to provide high quality products and excellent customer service. That was not to be, instead of granting my request for warranty support, their Customer Service representative Ethan Stepenson regurgitated the company policy again. My complaint is that there is no flexibility for reasonable situations. I still have tags ona new unit that has a broken handle of poor quality!Contrast this Gator policy with Gilmour that asked for a photo of my lifetime warranted defective Fireman style Nozzle and sent me one to replace it for no charge or proof of purchase. Gator could take a page out of the Gilmour playbook and honor it's lifetime warranty on its products to reward customer loyalty without jumping through hoops!

Wheel brackets are not good quality. I received the cargo case and the bracket that held the wheels in place was broke.

This is one of many Gator products I have and once again, it didn't disappoint. I absolutely love this case! It fits a lot of cables and has a really nice removable storage area that fits my various mics and etc. It is really nice having wheels and not having to pack a heavy back of cables! I have already hauled it to a lot of gigs and couldn't be happier!!! Highly recommend it!

Arrived and met my expectations fully. It’s very well constructed. Plenty of room for eight 50’ 12/3 Edison cables and six plug strips in the little tray up top.

Works well a cable trunk - I like the storage tray on top. The wheels and handles make it easier to move around, and it just barely fits in my trunk. I like this better than my previous method of large duffel bags or Rubbermaid plastic bins - it takes up less room than the bins overall, and is easier to move and store than the bags, especially when it gets heavy.I own several Gator cases and racks and haven't had any problems with them, so I expect the same from this product. Not the cheapest, but a good solution to a tough problem, especially when space is tight.

This case is perfect for all of our mic cords and mics plus a few other odds and ends. Rugged and compact, easy to carry/roll, and stores great in the trailer.
