Timing marks are wrong on the intermediate sprocket. Caught it on the 3rd reinstall. Not cool, man. 3 weekends gone.

The package was shipped in a timely manner and arrived when it was supposed to. Once the package was opened, I noticed that the head gaskets were damaged from shipping. I purchased new ones from a local parts store because I couldn’t wait for the return and reshipping. I completed the install and the engine would not make compression on all cylinders. With further inspection and replacing new rocker arms with the original ones the engine made compression properly. The rocker arms are a different ratio than the OEM ones and hold the valves just barely open even though the replacement parts match the OEM part numbers. Goes to show you can’t trust anything, check and recheck your parts to make sure they match.

The water pump would not fit a 2012 jeep with 3.6. So the water pump was useless to us all other parts seem to be what we needed.

Bought this kit because of the possibility of my timing chain being bad/loose. The comes with replament parts for Engine Timing Chain VVT Gear Sprocket Kit w/Oil & Water Pump. I figure if I am going to have the Timming chain replaced, might ass well do the other parts as well since I am in there

If I could do it all over again I would not have bought this kit… And unfortunately we will end up doing it all over again. The parts are correct and they do send all the right pieces, the issue is that they are cheap… And unless you enjoy tearing your Jeep engine apart once a year… Get better parts. Lesson learned. 3 stars because the kit is as described and the pieces were all 100% correct. Issue is they are cheap from China and they are made like crap. I would not recommend to a friend.
