We'll see how it holds up long term, but I think this is my fourth Fenix light purchase (the others are various varieties of handheld light) and I've never been even remotely disappointed before.Installation is about as simple as it gets. Rear light is held on by friction, using a stretchable rubber strap that's easy to remove when it's time to charge. The front mount is held on by a thumbscrew tightening the mount around the handlebar and the light itself clips in easily and comes out by pressing down on a lever while pulling. The lights look great, and the IP68 rating means they'll take whatever dirt or water you throw at them, even as far as full submersion. The various brightness settings for the front light are nice to have, sometimes you might need the light to actually see where you're going (since I normally ride around town, this is a bit less common for me), and sometimes you need it more as a warning to others that you exist. The lower brightness settings are perfect for this, they make you visible without messing with the natural light too much. The rear is nice and bright, even the low brightness is more than enough most of the time, and like the front, keeping it on low means you have to charge it way less often. For both lights, charging can be done via USB, and the front light can be charged by removing the battery as well and using an existing charger. Unfortunately all of my battery chargers only support up to "standard" 21700 batteries, and as the Fenix takes a 21700 with a protection circuit (which adds a 1/4" to its overall length), the battery doesn't fit. So I just use the USB-C instead. That's also a good note for anyone that chooses to carry a spare battery with them for emergencies (the light comes with a battery case by the way) -- when you buy the spare battery, make sure you get the longer 21700 with the protection circuit. Otherwise the battery will rattle around inside and won't be able to make a good connection.

Easy, bright, sturdy. Only concern is battery life. It gives a low battery life after 2h for me.

It is a very good light and tail light, but it turns off after a while of riding over 45 mph.

This light with the quad lock and the adaptor to fit the quad lock is a dream. The light is plenty bright no matter what setting but the compatibility with the quad lock is amazing. My bars are clear and I have tons of light at night. The rear light is great too.

What else can I say? I use Fenix for all of my lighting needs, and this one did not disappoint. Sturdy mounts for the lights, and the usual excellent fenix quality. The front light could easily double as an EDC light.

The product came exactly as it was described. The light itself is perfect for urban and terrain riding. I like a solid mounting and replaceable battery.

Handlebar bike lights for the most part have all figured out an easy and secure way to mount to various size handlebars, but for some reason this one takes huge steps backwards in this regard. It was clearly not designed to mount on the more modern wider bars on the market today. It was nearly impossible to get it around my gravel bike bars and secured. It also seems to not even consider you might have other items using your bars either, like a bag, aero bars, etc… The securing mechanism hangs down way to far and is just simply over complicated. You cannot rotate it 90% either as an option on aero bars. Going to have to send back.

This is an awesome light! It is very bright and I like that while the beam does have a focused center, it is not a spotlight. There is a nice angle of dispersement that give good visibility of the entire road. Usually don't go up past 3 on intensity. Battery lasts as advertised. Even the clip is high quality. It uses a spring and lever rather than a piece of stress plastic to clip in. The devil is in the details and Fenix gets it right.
