VERY Pleased with this box! I'm so happy that I finally found a flag box that is worthy of displaying my grandfathers flag! Other places I had ordered similar products from were disappointing with finish that looked opaque as painted or fakey red with off colored stain. This one has nice genuine woodgrain and a quality dark mahogany, cherry colored stain and satin finish. The wood is cut and joined perfectly. There was a little bit of shipping damage to the wood but it was on the bottom back so not visible when on display. Fast personalized engraving service (note that adding the logo is $15.99 extra) adds a nice touch to visibly honor my grandfather's service. The back is sturdy and easy to remove with multiple swing latches. Once removed, the burial flag slid in easily and fit perfectly. I am so glad to finally find a great product at a fair price.

I got this for my late father's burial flag. We wanted to display it while also protecting it. It is a tight fit to get the flag in, but once it is in, the back fits securely. It is easy to hang up and it looks really nice on the wall. The case is very sturdy and they did a good job on engraving the glass.

We, love love love this product! So much so, that it is the 2nd one we've ordered this month for different family members! On our second order, we experienced a mishap regarding desired color BUT it was all resolved (above our expectations) and we ultimately landed with the exact right product. I interacted with Rebecca several times (in Customer Service) and she is AMAZING. I wouldn't hesitate ordering this product again and again from Bright Text. I received the customized flag case 5 days early and it exceeded my expectations. Very high quality and heavy case and the custom engraving turned out perfect. The engraving and branch picture are well worth it also. Perfect for my father’s burial flag. Highly recommend!

I needed a case to put my grandfather’s flag in. He was a WWII vet. My grandmother received a flag at his service. It has become an heirloom of pride. I wanted to protect it while on display. In doing so, I went with this option because I could add detail regarding his service and life. The flag for perfectly!Pros: The backing is supported well with sturdy flaps that move sideways versus the ones the bend and eventually break off. Think picture frame. I do not plan to remove it but it is still good to know I can without concern.- The stencil was clear and correct.- The glass is clear and quality.-The case arrived without defect. It is a great matte black color. Very sophisticated.Con- No matter how I adjusted it, the white stars in the flag make the letters illegible. However the word in total is discernible. I also cannot see the Navy symbol well.

The display case is well constructed. The flag fits nicely in the frame, and it and actually looks terrific. Our problem - we paid for an inscription to be custom engraved on the glass panel covering the flag. Yesterday, Veterans Day, it arrived with a clear glass panel and no engraving. CPG landed at Normandy on D-Day, fought at the Battle of the Bulge, was wounded and awarded a Silver Star. He also lost his brother who was KIA at the Remagen Bridge during the last days of war. We need to have this fixed for him.UPDATE: UPGRADE TO FIVE STARSWe commend and thank the Seller for resolving our issue with the missing engraved panel quickly and courteously. We have changed our rating to the full five stars.In this real world, things sometimes do go a little awry, and how we handle those situations reveals more about who we are than the occasional mishap itself. The seller replied to our concerns quickly and took immediate steps to remedy what was, in the grand scheme of things, a minor problem. We received the replacement display with the engraved window yesterday evening, and it looks just as good as we had hoped. We pray that we will not need many more display cases for flags that have covered veterans' caskets, so we are not likely to be a repeat customer on any important scale. However, we are so pleased with CPG's display case that we are ordering a matching engraved display case for his brother's flag.
