COPOTEA teapot kettle is made of 4 mm thick borosilicate glass, very thick and durable. Heat resistance from -20 to 150 degrees Celsius.
COPOTEA glass teapot is stovetop safe, microwavable, and dishwasher safe. You can put it on gas or electric stovetops with a medium level heat to heat water to brewing.
Note: Please use low heat to heat, and the flame should not exceed the middle of the teapot.
Please heat the bottom of the teapot over low heat. High fire will heat the glass handle and easily burn your hands. The lid is made of plastic. If the flame is too high, the plastic cover will melt. Low fire completely meets your tea making needs.

I admit, I am a little picky about my iced tea. My older tea pots were no longer working well and were no longer being made in the size I was accustomed to, so my search for a new one began. I love this little tea pot. It seems as though I get more flavor and can use a little fewer tea leaves than I used previously. It’s easy to clean. So glad I gave this a try.

This is a really cool nice teapot. It was delivered the next day and I eagerly began brewing tea for myself. It seems to be the perfect size for 2-3 cups of tea, just what I wanted.The holes in the strainer are nice and small so it can easily be used to brew loose leaf tea. Also, the lid is removable which is nice. All and all a pretty good design.My only complaint is that the glass handle seems not that sturdy when lifting up a full pot of tea. It hasn't cracked or broken; it just feels a little dangerous sometimes, so I try not to lift up a full pot very high. This isn't really a big problem, just something I am cautious of.Overall, I'm happy I have this teapot. I would recommend it if you just want to brew 2-3 mugs of tea. I like the design concept, however after receiving the unit it was too fragile, thin glass & cheap quality. The bottom cracked and fell out while on the stove heating milk, it made a mess on my stove. I returned it and without asking me they send me a replacement at no extra cost..nevertheless I am hesitant to use it again. not suitable for open fire, best to boil liquid using separate container and pour into this unit.So Amazon elected to send me a replacement unit (Exactly the same one) I received the replacement product of the same nature, I decided to give the product a second try, and yes I have been extremely careful with this delicate glass and now a dangerous product. It did it again for the second time, cracked under regular heat from my stove top making coffee. I now prefer to get a full refund at this point and will not recommend this fragile glass product to anyone.

This is good for making 2-3 cups of tea at a time, give or take a bit depending on the size of your cup. It's well made; the top opening is sloped inward and large enough that pouring in water isn't an issue. The holes in the filter are small enough to keep most of the solid particulates out of your tea. It is thin glass, so you don't want to touch the sides of the pot when it's holding hot tea, but it displays the color of the tea nicely.The only issue someone might have is that the solid metal filter means you can't see the tea mix steep. That isn't an issue for me, but I know some people like that.I can't see any of these features really changing or degrading over use, so this is a pretty solid teapot.

Light weight and heat resistant. The handle doesn't get heated so it's easy to pour the tea. The diffuser gives options to try out different versions of tea.However, I would have preferred a larger quantity. Too delicate so I have to be extra careful while cleaning it. Although it is dishwasher safe, I still handwash.

I used this for a couple months now. Today it cracked while on the stove. So heart broken. I love using it to make ice teas with some of my favorite loose teas. It was perfect. I could make it very strong then pour it over ice. Yum. I might buy it again but i think the glass could be thicker if its meant to be on the stove.

Nicely packaged. Really good size. I have the 1500 ml size, which is what I was looking for for quite some time. I wanted something that was larger than the usual itty bitty tea pots. I wanted something I could use for making a good amount of tea, but also could be used as vessel for other needs. I didnt want the typical tea pot shape. This is perfect. Holds 50 ounces!The borosilicate glass is heat resistant and extra durable. I have other kitchen items using this material, and it is great. I ABSOLUTELY use this on GAS stove top. I start with heat on low, then gently bring it up. I dont bother with a high setting as the water will come to a boil at lower temps.However, I use it primarily with electric kettle boiled water. I mainly wanted a tea pot that I can add hot water to, rather than use to heat water.I either use loose tea or sometimes coffee in the filter. The filter, ring, and lid all pop out with ease for cleaning and drying. Can pop out the filter and just use the ring and lid as the topper if you want to use blooming tea. Can use as a sun tea pot. And pretty much anything you want to use it for.Now, I have only been using it a couple of week, pretty much daily. Most of the time I have just added hot water to it. I dont often microwave, and I only tried it on my gas stove top. I havent bothered using it on the stove top because I dont like adding heat to my house when it is already hot and humid out (no air conditioning). Nice for in winter, but we're a ways off from that. And so given my short experience with it so far.. I am in LOVE, and it is working out as well as I anticipated. I LOVE the size and shape. SO glad I found it while searching for others.

Further to the above review, the teapot has broken, whilst on the electric stove. Such a waste of money!
