Does exactly what I wanted from it. Only Issue I have is the machine does tip forward slightly when doing full range of motion lateral raises.

Will update rating if I get the second box needed.Update: We received a response from the company with a tracking number for the 2nd box. The other box arrived the following day, which was a day after expected. So far, the machine works well.

I was shocked when I first saw this flight machine for sale at $600. These machines are usually only available in selectorized configurations and cost in the thousands of dollars. This is the only plate loaded version I've ever seen (the Syddee version appears to be identical). Is it perfect? No, but for the $450 I bought it for, it's a steal! The machine works great. By far it's the best shoulder workout if ever had. Your delts will burn like never before. My machine arrived with a small hole at the bottom of the box and lucky me, it was missing a bolt. But I just bought a new one as opposed to contacting the company. I'm sure they would've taken care of me but, Lowe's is right down the street and the bolt was $5. A few panels were misaligned and bent. The welds were of pretty low quality and some sections are only half welded or welds are simply missing. The guage of steel is very thin in certain sections but just thick enough in others. The cable guides and pulley rollers are plastic but I know where to get aluminum ones in case of breakage. Overall this machine gets the job done and will hopefully survive moderate use in my basement for years to come. I had to use a vice to straighten some panels, realign panels and buy a bolt but considering how much money I saved on this thing, I feel like it's totally worth it.

They require two people to assemble it , I did it on my own , all the parts and bolts came in two 90 plus pound boxes , it arrived exactly on the due date, the last box. Take your time , do one step at a time and look at a pic of the machine and the online instructions ,when the instructions get confusing . I did my first workout with it , it’s really smooth , it’s easy to adjust the height even when I had 150 lbs on it . Got a fantastic pump , it enhanced my workout and my home gym . I leveled it and bolted it to the floor , it’s stable when you level it . It’s easy to adjust , and easy to use if you put it together correctly . I used Vaseline to lube all the pulleys , and the height adjustment , try to keep your tools and fingers from getting slick , it will make assembly much easier .
