Very solid, easy to use. Takes up less space than I thought, but 2 person job to build. No complaints, should have bought this sooner. The range of motion you can get is nuts and you can get a lot out of it with little weight.

It took about 3 hours to assemble by myself. Biggest tip I can say is don't tighten anything down until much later. The biggest downside to me at 6'3 is the length of the backrest. I can make do, but would be great if it was a few inches longer. Foot rest is good. I haven't had any issues with reracking it and have felt safe going to failure.Overall pleased. It's obviously not the same quality as fully welded units and there is some wiggle with higher weight, but will be fine for the vast majority of home gyms. On that note, it's also half or even more than half the price of those welded units.Shipping and delivery was also shorter than original ETA by a week or so. Took a few days for it to have tracking info and then it was coming from Cali.

I have used this a few times and its intense you will be able to use about half the weight from a normal hack squat but hits just as hard. feels very good on my back(herniated disc when I was younger but I'm 6ft and wish the back rest was 6in longer). My tall(6ft 4in) friend used this and he said it doesn't feel bad but its tight(hes also 400lbs), He can get a full quad stretch touching his calf's. Overall I like it hits legs hard and comfortably anyone with a bad back though it gets heavy fast so add 5s and go up in 5-10lbs increments my friend underestimated the increase in difficulty and it bothered his back so test first don't jump in go up slow. I give it 5/5 I also noticed it hit my quads hard but my hamstrings were hit a little extra compared to normal hack squat. Also i weighed the thing you put on your shoulders and standing up with a scale under me it weighed 40lbs with the springs on.

Arrived faster than expected. Instructions were easy to read and assembly was about 3 hours.More solid than I expected. I haven’t loaded it up very heavy yet but I’m very impressed with the quality and stability. I haven’t used commercial versions but this definitely crushes your quads as intended. Highly recommend this for home gym users who don’t want to spend $2k on a pendulum.

The pendulum squat machine is a fantastic addition to any gym, offering a unique and highly effective way to target the lower body muscles, especially the quads, glutes, and hamstrings. After incorporating it into my workouts, I’ve noticed significant improvements in both strength and form.Joint-Friendly: Unlike traditional squats, the pendulum squat machine provides excellent back and joint support, making it a safer option for those with knee or lower back issues.Full Range of Motion: The machine allows for a deep squat, effectively engaging the muscles and providing a great stretch at the bottom of the movement.Progressive Overload: The design makes it easy to add weight progressively, helping to build strength and muscle.Stability and Form: The fixed motion path helps maintain proper form, reducing the risk of injury and improving focus on the targeted muscles.

This machine shipped in multiple boxes, was quick to assemble, and works exactly as it should. Lovely addition to my home gym. I could not find my last package and their customer support was very helpful.
