E strings in my experience range from bad to reasonably not bad. This is a good one. It doesn't get crunchy and is generally smooth.

The string arrived with two 90 degree kinks. It also was advertised having a ball, but it did not have one so it was impossible to string my instrument.

ここしばらく、エヴァピラッツィゴールドを使用していましたが、こちらに変えてみました。安定した音が出ます。発音もいいので、しばらく使用します。

I am very satisfied with this product as most of my friends and colleagues who are Violin Teacher‘s or performers like I’m myself. I like to use this brand of E string. It is definitely better than the ones that I used before even though 0.26 is also very good, I strongly recommend 0.27 as the sound is more durable, more strong projected, and the highest register seems to be more voweled. I love that product so I bought myself at least 4 packs more of those since I know they often go out of stock.

I get some string whistling/sound fade when going to “e” string from the “a” string. String arrived in open envelope with two 90 degree kinks in the string; see photo- could be due to fact that string was not properly coiled in a sealed envelope. New strings are usually coiled and in a sealed envelope. Floor sales samples may not be. I am not particularly impressed with the sound or performance of this 24k Goldbrokat e string.
