Wife is a teacher and uses it to help learn fast counting. Easy to learn, fun to play and made well. Probably more fun for kids under 12 but I like to play it and I’m not 12.

I liked the size for our small lake cabin and the price was good. They saved cost by cutting down the side walls without causing any deterioration in play or durability. If you have never played the game the directions may be hard to follow. It can be played several ways but these directions were unclear. Luckily we already knew how to play. The game came with many dice some in light wood and some in four bold colors. We found we did not need them all but you could use them for other dice games. Fun for all ages from Elementary to adult ages.

Play the game with 7 year old grandchild. Easy to learn and is a great way to build addition skills along with logical thinking. The game itself appears to be well constructed. Overall I am happy with this purchase.

I heard of this game at Thanksgiving and I just had to have it! I love that you can play it alone, with one person or 4 people... this board is beautiful... sturdy, the felt in the middle is thick and a nice color. It comes in a box that looks like a pizza box. LOL... it comes with instructions explaining various ways to play, although it comes with a special set of dice that is different than the other 4 sets... still not sure what that set is for... but I love pulling this out. It's just "pretty to play"

I have now bought two of these wooden tables for the homes of young grandchildren just starting to learn math. We just skip the enclosed game and use it to learn math facts. Each player takes their turn with two dice. Using the full score they flip up the total. The one to get all their slats up first is the winner.Example: You roll an 8.You can put up the 8, or 5 and 3, or 6 and 2 or 1,3and4 giving you the best score. It doesn't take long to discover you need to use that one as soon as possible since you cannot roll a one with two dice. If you are unable to use your total score you miss a turn. The game is quick and fun. The board is very well made and well worth the reasonable price.
