It does its job well. Since using it my hands are very improved but the difficulty only goes up to 21 lb's which isn't enough. I capped out in under a month of use. There needs to be stronger versions of this. I'd buy it seperately if I could.

The grip strengthener counter is a little glitchy, the finger strengthener (with four separate push buttons) has one that's a little sticky. They mostly work, but the kit is a fairly cheap/low quality product.

Used it a few times, broke within a week. Waste of time/ money. I have big hands and they still just slid down my fingers.

The product seems sturdy, He loved it He said it works well to exercise his fingers as he has osteoarthritis. He's had no issues with snapping or breaking at all. We're totally recommend it.Definitely a great value for the money.

This grip strength trainer is a decent option for working on hand and forearm strength. It offers a good range of resistance and seems well-made. However, I found the grip to be a bit small for my hands. If you have larger hands, this might not be the most comfortable fit. Otherwise, it's a useful tool for improving grip strength and relieving stress.
