These are fabulous. They don't fit larger posts, so I used self tapping screws and screwed them on. I would def buy these again.

Did great on my chain link tubular poles. Hardware seems good and insulators were fairly easy to install. Wish they came in a larger size for gate and corner posts.

Marley the Escape Artist - Finally Contained!!!This review is of all the products with links from Amazon I used with a mini review of each item. Our newest dog Marley is the first dog we have had in 30+ years that won't stay in the yard.  She learned to jump the fence where it was low the first week.  We installed a "roller" system using PVC pipes that prevented her from jumping there.  We tried an in ground invisible fence but that did not slow her down since she went over the fence quickly and once away from the wire she was fine.  Luckily she always ran around the house to the front door where we just let her back in...  As a result when we are gone during the day she spends 8+ hours in a dog crate inside while our other dog Cedar is laying about in the shade enjoying the day.  We didn't want to but finally decided to install a hot wire at the top of the fence.  We considered doing more of the PVC roller but it was expensive and looks awful.  I installed the hot wire yesterday.  She was shocked twice after I finished and has not attempted to get out since.  Now we just have to figure out a way to stop them both from digging.  I am afraid they are going to kill some of the trees they have dug so deeply.  CINVEI 2-Mile Electric Fence Energizer - https://a.co/d/40ITqcvNice simple fully waterproof outdoor fence energizer.  It has a very quiet but audible click you can hear when the fence is working as well as the fence OK light.  The charger I assume is pulsing the current which is what makes the clicking.  It came with the needed mounting hardware.  This picture is right after I finished.  Will wait a few weeks to see if all is fine before cleaning up and making it look neater.2 Pack 250 ft 17 Gauge Aluminum Electric Fence Wire - https://a.co/d/0GORlhkThis fence wire was super easy to work with.  I have galvanized fence wire I use for projects around the house and I am always afraid it is going to spring back at me.  This wire came off the spool without kinking and I was able to pull it more than tight enough for the hot wire.  Testing the fence I had the same voltage at the end of the fence as at the beginning.  I was worried 17 gauge would not carry the charge to the end but it was not an issue.Kanayu Electric Fence Wire Double Insulated Underground Hard Cable - https://a.co/d/6wTVKSlThis is the wire that runs from the fence charger to the ground rod and the hot wire.  I ran it under the eve of the house rather than trying to bury it in the yard.  It was easy to work with and did not kink while I was stretching it out.  Insulators for Electric Fence Wire - https://a.co/d/aoxha0MThese clipped to the chain link portion of the fence to keep the wire from grounding out against the fence.  Will see how these do long term as they did seem to stretch a bit while installing.  Dare Products 3359-10 831950 Tube Post Insulator - https://a.co/d/aptpwIeI am very impressed with these post insulators.  The mount holds very tight.  I was concerned the plastic/nylon would pull out before they got tight.  They worked great.  Very impressed.Circular Ring Corner Post Insulators - https://a.co/d/5dQRLmoI used these at fence corners as well as along the wall from the charger to make turns and keep the insulated cable tight on the runs to the hot wire.  In the corners I used galvanized fence wire to go through the insulator and wired it to the post leaving enough slack in the wire to run the aluminum hot wire around the outside of the bobbin.  On the house I used a wood screw and a washer through the center and wrapped the wire around the outside.

The clamp on this thing will not go around a chain link "end post" the line posts it works great on but the corner posts are too fat. Its a great product. Probably the best method of attaching to a chain link fence but it only works on the posts. 1-5/8, 1-7/8 but NOT 2-3/8 posts!

I have big draft horses, and they ruined most fences. These insulators are strong. If they do happen to hit them they don’t break best ones on the market. The only thing I have to say is giving them can be tough. I’ve ordered them before and they’ve gotten lost in the mail. I’m not sure what’s going on with the company. This is the third time I’ve ordered it and have received it in a decent manner.

I've tried all the chain link options out there and these are hands down the best. They mount up easy, but are extremely sturdy. They are also incredibly durable. My first set is still running strong after over 5 years in the brutal Oklahoma sun. I've replaced every other component of my electric fence twice while these things have not needed so much as a tightening of the u clamp.I wish they made one sized for corner posts, other than that it simply does not get any better than these bad boys.

Used for the top of my dog kennel which is a retriever brand dog kennel with galvanized tubular steel pipes for the framework. I estimate the pipes are about 0.75 inches in diameter. I used an open ended wrench to install. I did not have a socket set that was deep enough to cinch these nuts down. The “bolt” portion is incredibly long for the size pipe I had. I’m not sure why it’s so long, really. If it were shorter it would have really cut down on my install time., by allowing me to use my impact. This is why I dropped it one star for install. Otherwise these work great and I’m very happy with my purchase and would buy them again regardless of the added install time.
