I’m OBSESSED with this flavor and stock up when it’s on sale. The taste is great with less sugar and calories, so this is the only flavor I buy. I love the Yerba mate energy without the coffee jitters. It’s a great afternoon pick-me-up

One caviat , If it mentions calories on the can that means it contains stevie. Also note that the larger can and the skinnier one cost the same.

This has a "natural sweetener" in it as well as sugar. I don't think other people will mind, but for me it's just too overwhelming

I love the ginger flavor, and the drink gives me energy without feeling causing me to feel like my heart might explode or nerves in my eyebrows to twitch.
