A little late writing this review, but buy this ASAP! It's high quality and has a little bit of weight to it. It gets so cold, it just might be able to freeze water. It's perfect because it also has the magnetic adhesive pad that you can stick to your tablet or phone. I have the Legion Y700 2025 gaming tablet and it keeps the temps very low, even when I'm emulating PC games. I absolutely recommend this product. Has worked great over the last few months. I plug it into my second USB-C port on the tablet to power it. You could also use a portable battery pack. Has three settings, low, medium, and high and doesn't make noise. This is a $50 or more product compared to other higher end ones.

This is the perfect size for drivers using a vent phone holder that holds the lower portion of your phone. My phone stays cool for charging and use.

When this goes on sale it’s a solid phone cooler. It does what’s advertised, I wish it had a solid black color or white. It definitely cooled my item with the provided usb c cord and it’s cool to the touch.

This device keeps my iPhone 12 mini cool and prevents overheat protections from kicking in.My iPhone 12 mini is one of Apple's smaller form factor phones that overheats with continuous use - like web browsing where the screen doesn't have a change to turn off after 5-10 minutes. Then the screen will dim in overheat protection, effectively rendering it useless. The processor and wireless connections also slow down. This cooler connects securely to my phone via Magsafe and uses a Peltier cooler with a heat sink to actually make the back of the phone cold. Heat conducts through the phone back and is dissipated by the fan. There are buttons to adjust the device from "off" to low, medium, and high. On low, my iPhone does get worm but has yet to enter overheat protection. On high, the front of the screen (even with continuous use) starts to get cool to touch. My iPhone has never been so cool. One aspect to be aware of is power supply. The medium and high settings are only available if connected to a 30 Watt power supply or better. If connected to anything that isn't rated to that power, then the only settings available are "off" and "low."

This product was sent to me for review, as part of Amazon Vine. The below is my own real-world experience of using it.In terms of quality, it appears to have been well made - the construction is robust, with a sleek finish. I did feel that it was a little 'bulkier' than I would have liked, but, it doesn't make the phone any heavier to hold. You could easily pop it away in a bag, making it ideal for gaming on the go.I didn't initially realise that the fan requires a cable, so that makes setting it up a little clunky, since you need a power source close to hand. I would maybe recommend using a power bank to maintain some form of portability. As for its effectiveness, within a minute or two of use, the back of the fan itself felt pretty cold, which I'm sure will provide benefits to the phone it is being used with (I had no issues when attaching it to my iPhone 15 Pro Max, which I tested whilst running my favourite online RPG). It also has a super-quiet operation - I quite literally had to hold it up to my ear, to actually hear the fan, as at first, I wasn't actually sure if it was working - it really was that quiet. In summary, a useful and good value item.

First of all, it is a wired device. it does not have batteries and it draws quite the power, so it is probably not very good in terms of mobility unless you have a power bank with a high capacity or available USB ports for power (such as in a car). But the way it performs is incredible. I thought of it as a simple fan, and it is definitely way beyond that. I would almost take it apart to see how it does so much cooling. It feels like a small refrigerator on your device. It hangs on to its place by magnetic connection, so you can easily use it with phones that have MagSafe, or any device that you can stick a metal ring on. I have a Samsung phone and I had already a metal ring on its back, so I just simply put this on and held on perfectly. Note that I did not try its magnetic attachment over a case, but if you need the performance of such a device, you probably would not want to attach it over a case either. The piece seems quite sturdy and durable. It does not feel large or heavy on its own, but when you attach it to a mobile phone, it does add a noticeable weight and volume. Its look is quite modern. There are only two buttons to operate, but since it works so silently, you can't get a hang of it at what speed it is working or even if it is working. The lightest speed is so silent, I had to check under a light if the fan inside was turning.Overall, I am impressed with it. It is an incredibly functional piece of equipment if you need serious cooling for your device. Despite its small size, it works incredibly well beyond a fan. The price of $35 CAD at the time of writing is quite high if you just want a simple fan. But it is definitely worth it if you need a highly functional cooling system for your device. Its need of a power connection might seem awkward for mobile devices, but its performance requires that power, and if you really need this device, you will definitely appreciate that it uses external power instead of a battery which would both add to its size and weight and decrease its runtime. I recommend it for those who need serious cooling performance from a small sized device.

This fan is great for keeping the device cool but it leaves moist behind and you need to keep the power plugged in for it to run. There is no battery which I can understand because if there was it would drain the battery pretty quick. Decent product I just don't like the moist part.

Honestly, for the cost I have nothing to complain about. Keeps my iPad Mini 6 cool for gaming. Normally my iPad will struggle after an hour or two, but this keeps the back impressively cool without any heat-related performance drop from the iPad. I think my only gripe I have with this product is you can't set the phone/tablet face down as it blocks the fan intake, I would have loved little feet or something molded in to allow airflow when placed flat on a table.
