This stand folds up small enough to easily fit in most violin cases. Unfolded it holds the fiddle and bow surprisingly well. Be sure to open it all the way before placing the instrument on it.

I love how compact and foldable this stand is: perfect for my uke. It was a little tricky at first making sure the instrument was properly balanced so it doesn't tip backwards. Do not use for heavier or longer-necked instruments.
