I am convinced this product comes with gloves so you don't accidentally feel how cold the steam is. I am in the process of packing this up so I can return it.

I just received this cleaner in December and the Digital Touch pad has already stopped working. Since I am right outside of the return window, I have been trying to contact the seller to see about getting a replacement part, but they are incredibly hard to get in touch with. Item worked great for the time that it worked.
