This backpack is designed for rucking and fitness which means it’s perfect for mobile strength training. If you're looking to get fit and don't want to be stuck in a gym this might just be what you need. The backpack can hold weight plates sized 10x12. This means you can easily add or subtract some extra weight to your workouts making them a lot more challenging. I’ve tried it with the weights in and it feels secure on my back. The extra padded straps are a big part of that. They help prevent shoulder soreness even when I've walked for miles. If you're like me and not used to carrying heavy things for a long time you'll really like the comfort these straps provide. Of course the backpack is adjustable just like a normal backpack. If you want to tighten or loosen it you can get the right fit. This is important because you don’t want your backpack bouncing around while you’re walking or running. A nice thing is it's weather-proof. I’ve taken it out in some light rain and everything inside stayed nice and dry. These really enhance your workouts.

This is a decent rucking backpack without any weights. The quality is there and it can carry about 40lbs of the weight without any issues. If you are looking for a backpack like this, this is a good option to consider. Solid 4 stars.

So far seems fine. Time will tell if stitching holds up. Could use a second strap across body below the existing one for a little more stability.

I find that this is one of the nicest rucking backpacks we've owned to date. High quality and impressive. You can add your weight plates and use this for running - hiking and much more. With this backpack you are able to adjust the weight which I think is a great feature that others lack.Based on a positive experience- I would recommend this to other consumers.

I decided to try this vest as part of my effort to mix up my workout routine with different gear. I already have Hanzo plates that pair perfectly with it, and the vest offers enough room to store up to two plates comfortably. So far, it's proven to be durable, withstanding everything I've thrown at it without any issues. The design includes a MOLLE backing, though I’m not entirely sure what additional accessories one would typically add to it. Regardless, the vest itself does the job, providing a solid fit and performance during my workouts. Overall, I’m happy with this purchase and would recommend it to anyone looking to enhance their training with weighted gear.

This backpack made for rucking is a convenient and comfortable way of carrying fitness plates for my walks. The backpack is compact and fits different styles of fitness plates. I have been enjoying rucking in training and hope for a long hike next year. The pack's design and all the reinforced stitching show attention to detail and the capacity to carry several fitness plates while distributing the weight equally to avoid fatigue. A feature I do like is the cushioned straps, I have taken this backpack to the beach and some small woodland hikes and you can feel the advantage of having padded shoulder straps. The price point can be pricey, but on a long hike, the quality of the backpack is well worth the investment.Safe and comfortable rucking does not have a price point. I tend to get something comfortable and long-lasting, then regret it miles into my hike. This is well worth the price in comfort.

This is the third item I've purchased from Hanzo and they don't disappoint - high quality products that last. This weighted backpack fits great and I'm excited to rotate it into my routine, especially on walks where my 45 lb vest is just too bulky.
