I love the design and portability of this picnic set, but it's somewhat dangerous with the splinters. Upon unboxing this, I had to clean up a few splinters off the carpet, and they were sharp. I'd be worried about them getting in the food, but I guess we will just be super careful and inspect things before eating. I'll probably go over it with some scissors to snip any loose pieces. Overall I wanted to rate it higher, but the pieces falling off kind of killed it.

Cute but the table/picnic cloth is great, but takes up the whole basket, not leaving much room for food, so you have to strap it on the side. Also note that the wine glasses are plastic (good!) but so is the silverware, which I find odd. Also I would love to see handles.

Lovely picnic set to have for the coming Spring. The case is made of high quality wicker and the other items in the set look great for the picnic use and add romance to the outdoor picnic experience. Great buy.
