Your cart is empty.The Old Candle Barn in located in Intercouse PA, nestled in the heart of Amish Country. Local Craftsmen have been pouring and dipping candles the Old Fashioned way for over 40 years. The Old Candle Barn started out in John and Fannie Beiler's basement during the late 1960's. The Candle making business expanded so rapidly they had to move the operation three times before settling in Intercourse where the current building consists of approximately 28,000 Sq. Feet. Here at the Old Candle Barn we like to say "Blow out the lights and turn on the candles".

The earthy natural look in my pewter dish is just the look I was after. I did add a few cinnamon sticks and a handful of whole cloves to the mix for a more spicy scent.

The scent is really nice and there are some larger pieces in the potpourri, but the quantity is small for the price. I was expecting a much larger bag. If you only need a small amount for a small container - this is a great fall mix.

I can smell this from three feet from where I sit to watch tv. It has a very natural and warm fall like scent. Not overpowering or artificial.

I actually love this, I took off a star because it is not 4 cups. Weight ounces are not the same as measurement ounces. It's 2 to 2.5 cups at best. But it's a beautiful mixture! I'm so pleased with the look! And it smells absolutely delicious! I put it in my cornucopia and I could not be more pleased! Please note however that I first put 5 pinecones in it and only covered the top portion with this autumn potpourri. You would need at least three bags worth otherwise.
