Bought some latches at a big home improvement store that didn't last A DAY. Flimsy junk. THESE latches are stainless steel and MUCH better.

First: If you buy a product such as a clasp, latch, hinge, etc. the appropriate screws always come with the product. Look at the picture . Do you see any screws? No, then don't waste your money. Second: Spring action, Ha, ha, ha. The sad thing is that for a few $ more I could have had a product that really works. Going to shop at a real hardware store from now on.

Used these to replace the broken latches on my Rubbermaid tool box. Not like original that were wide plastic ones, but they fit fine in the same location, Easy to bolt on and provided solid and secure latching. Have no issues with them not working. Good quality and price was reasonable. A value buy.

The latches look good. But could not use because of the curve in the tool box I was trying to fix. My mistake for not checking better. Will save for the day when I can use them.
