No it does not come with instructions or bolts take one of the existing bolts to a hardware store and get them a bit longer. Also it might not perfectly align so you might have to wiggle it or drill a hole out a bit. Looks good and it works great price

Well made, fits like crap on my hawk 250. The hole spacing is incorrect. Additionally, because it doesn’t provide hardware, you will have to buy your own that are long enough.

Removed the plastic cover and found the rack lined right up with the bolts. Unfortunately the bolts you are supposed to re-use were just barely too short to reliably hold the rack to the bike, but some cheap bolts and washers I had on hand solved that problem. Build quality feels pretty good. I can lift my entire 300lb bike from the rack.
